The limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship of the bag or pouch under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Elite First Aid, Inc. will replace or repair, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Shipping will be at buyers expense (non-refundable). The warranty period for bags and/or pouches purchased from Elite First Aid, Inc. is one (1) year (365 days) from the date of purchase. The replacement item resumes the remaining warranty of the original purchased item. The limited warranty does not cover lost or stolen goods, negligence, or any modification. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us with your invoice or order number to determine the problem and provide a warranty authorization case number. Warranty will not be granted to items returned without a warranty authorization case number.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund not including shipping if applicable. All returns must be in a new and unused condition. Open packaging of contents though unused, may not be returned or refunded. Open bag and/or pouch may be returned with only up to 5% of the content value may be open and/or used to receive a full refund. Deliberately damaged or altered items caused by end user may not be returned for a refund.

To return an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns will not be accepted if it is not accompanied by an RA number. After receiving an RA number, place the item securely in a box and return the item with the provided RA number, proof of purchase, and any other document requested by Elite First Aid, Inc. customer service.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the refund. Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of the returned item to process the return.

Please note, a 10% restocking fee will incur for returns of $2,500 or more. All sale items are final and may not be returned or exchanged.


All shipments are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Typically orders are shipped out within 1 business day. You will receive the tracking number in an email and in the order details within your account. All Continental US orders, except during specific promotions, under $100 will be charge $10 for shipping. All Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii orders under $200 will be charged $20 for shipping.

If you issue with your package being delivered. The buyer must contact Elite First Aid by phone, (919) 556-8404, or email, sales@elitefirstaidinc.com, within 30 days of original ship date to report the issue to receive a free eligible replacement. Eligibility is dependent on proof of damage to products from delivery or package not delivered.


New and unused items within 30 days of purchase may be exchanged. Please contact Elite First Aid, Inc. for further details.


Once we have received your item, we will notify you that we are in the process of evaluating the condition of the product. You will be notified of your refund status once the product has been inspected. Approved refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you may receive the refund within a few business days.

Again, you may be responsible for paying the cost of shipping.

Privacy Policy

We believe in your complete privacy and will not use any of your information outside of Elite First Aid, Inc. and out shipping partners*, UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

*Information to our shipping partners, UPS, USPS, FedEx, will only be information that is needed to deliver your order to the address requested.
