Terms and Conditions – Distributor
Retail Customers – Please refer to retail terms and conditions.
We accept Amex/Visa/MC/Discover accepted on prepaid orders. All new customers are Credit Card payment.
Net Terms are at the sole discretion of Elite First Aid, Inc. All CC payments accepted only before shipping.
Orders will be put on hold and not processed when a balance of any order exceeds seven (7) days past due. The outstanding balance must be cleared in order to release the shipment. No new orders will be accepted on accounts greater than 15 days past due. After 30 days, any outstanding balance will be charged to the Distributor/Reseller’s credit card on file and a 3% processing fee will be added to the balance.
A service charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on all past due balances. NSF check are charged $25.00
The Distributor/Reseller is responsible for paying shipping on all orders or providing a third party shipping account.
Any collections fees, including legal expenses, are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Ordering. It is the responsibility of the buyer to comply with all regulations and/or laws governing the sale of any item purchased from Elite First Aid, Inc. Minimum (Non-Drop ship) order is $100.00 Under it, a fee will apply
All shipments are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The buyer may provide an account number to have order shipped on their account. Please add account number to notes of your order. Typically orders are shipped out within 1-3 business day. You will receive the tracking number in an email and in the order details within your account. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost. Orders over $3000 placed on elitefirstaidinc.com will receive free shipping.
If you issue with your package being delivered. The buyer must contact Elite First Aid by phone, (919) 556-8404, or email, firstname.lastname@example.org, within 30 days of original ship date to report the issue to receive a free eligible replacement. Eligibility is dependent on proof of damage to products from delivery or package not delivered.
We want you to have merchandise that you can sell. If you have bags that aren’t selling contact your sales person and you can exchange them for kits that will sell (No Hidden Fees). Please contact your sales person for details if you have damaged/claims or just would like to exchange unused merchandise. Buyer pays for all shipping charges.
Expired or near expired returns will incur a Restocking Fee of not more than 30% of the total.
We gladly will drop ship any item to your customer. There is a service charge of $5.00 plus the residential shipping cost. Address correction are subject to a $20.00 fee. Shipment tracking numbers are provided on the invoice.
We believe in your complete privacy and will not use any of your’s or your customer’s information outside of Elite First Aid, Inc. and out shipping partners*, UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
*Information to our shipping partners, UPS, USPS, FedEx, will only be information that is needed to deliver your order to the address requested.
